I've spent 15+ years at the intersection of design and engineering, building platforms and the teams behind them. I started with a BFA in Graphic Design, wrote my first code at 13, and have been bridging those two worlds ever since.
I build systems that eliminate entire categories of problems, not just solve individual ones. I design composable architectures and define service boundaries. I develop engineers into leaders. And I stay hands on because I believe the best engineering leaders never stop building.
